Abstract

La historia del café en Colombia corresponde a un proceso de especialización, derivado de la bonanza cafetera del siglo XX, perfilando al país como productor destacado. Consecuente-mente, esta investigación trata el comportamiento de las exportaciones de café y las ganancias de esta, por ser un destacado commodity. Subsecuentemente, se busca entender con la ayuda de la Teoría de juegos, la dependencia de la demanda externa y de relaciones diplomáticas con otros productores
